THE DISTRICT of Bernalillo Public Schools is pleased to announce John Cobos as our new Athletic Director, effective immediately! 🏈🎉
Mr. Cobos brings 18 years of service to BPS, including 11 years as Head Football Coach and 21 years of coaching overall. As the longest-tenured head coach in Bernalillo history, he led the program to nine consecutive state playoff appearances.
As Athletic Director, Mr. Cobos will oversee all interscholastic athletics, focusing on increasing student engagement and enhancing athletic facilities across THE DISTRICT.
