It was a GREAT day at La Escuelita and Carroll Elementary! Every student received a new pair on athletic shoes, a new pair of socks, a new book, a new toothbrush and a snack. Thank you to KRQE, Assistance League, Shoe Dept. Encore, Molina Healthcare, Wise Pies, Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, LLP Injury Lawyers, and Kirtland Federal Credit Union. The BHS Cultural Student Union, with their sponsor Ms. Alma Salinas, enjoyed a day of Spanish reading to the Dual Language students at Carroll Elementary.

2023 Lowrider Patternz Class ABQ will be taught by Rob Vanderslice, Joseph Leyba and special guest Randy Gustafson. This 2-day event will take place May 20th and 21st and will be jammed packed with hands-on learning from the masters. Each student will receive a pre-flaked board that they will be patterning and striping themselves with help from the hands-on instructors! All materials are included in the cost of the course.
