Parents and Students, Starting Monday, October 3rd, BHS will begin tardy sweeps. We are tasked with teaching our students the importance of being prompt to their classes and prepared to engage in learning. Tardiness is currently interrupting student learning and has become a distraction to the educational environment. Students who are not in their classrooms when the tardy bell rings will be swept to the cafeteria for the 72 minute class period. They will be provided assignments to learn the tardy policy and the importance of being on time to class. We appreciate your partnership as parents in communicating the importance of being on time to class to our students. There will be an administrator and security to direct adults who are dropping students off late to escort their student into the building to properly check students in. Your help is greatly appreciated in these efforts. -BHS Administration
