Below is the Bernalillo Public Schools Title IX Grievance Form. This form should be completed and then faxed, emailed, or delivered in person to the Title IX Coordinator named at the top of this web page.
The Title IX Coordinator can also assist with outlining the Bernalillo Public Schools grievance process and how it is acted on from the time the district receives a complaint.
