Welcome to the Intel Computer Clubhouse!

    Our mission:

The Computer Clubhouse provides a creative and safe after-schoollearning environment where young people from underserved communitieswork with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.Using the "original" Clubhouse as a model, the Computer ClubhouseNetwork supports community-based Clubhouses around the world, providingthousands of youth with access to resources, skills, and experiencesto help them succeed in their careers, contribute to their communities, and lead outstanding lives.

    Who we are:

The Bernalillo Public Schools Computer Clubhouse opened its doors in early 2002. The Computer Clubhouse is located at the district's high school campus.

The Computer Clubhouse was founded in 1993 by The Computer Museum (now part of the Museum of Science) in collaboration with the MIT Media Lab. The Clubhouse is there for its members - youth ages 10 to 18 from different communities in Boston and other underserved neighborhoods. Members work closely with adult mentors: students and professionals in fields such as art, science, education or technology who share their experience and serve as role models.

Become a Mentor at the Clubhouse

Clubhouse members work closely with adult mentors, who volunteer their time to share their experience and serve as role models. Check our Volunteer page for opportunities.
